„Alleinsamkeit“
It’s a new word creation and consists of the German words „Allein“(alone) and „Einsamkeit“(lonely). It should highlight ‚being alone‘ and parallel indirectly allude to the fact that ‚being alone‘ and ‚loneliness‘ is not the same thing.
‚loneliness‘: is often associated with sadness and in general negative feelings
‚being alone‘: is often associated with feelings of happiness and reflection
This photo series is supposed to draw attention to the different aspects of ‚being alone‘. It focusses on the fact, that you don’t have to be sad if you are alone.
